I liked how comfortable the room was that I stayed in, and there are so many choices for breakfast too, making it perfect for food lovers like me who want to jumpstart their day before exploring nearby attractions like the Tennessee Riverpark, just a little over 3 km away, where I enjoyed a scenic walk along the river and the Medal of Honor Heritage Center, which is only about 1 km away and was a fascinating visit.

The front desk staff, when I arrived and departed, were lovely and kind. The bed was so comfortable, and hotel towels are my favorite.

I had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Hixson. The room was spacious and clean, making my relaxation quite enjoyable. The indoor pool, however, could use some warmth. Overall, the friendly staff and great location near shops added to my experience.

The King Suite was really clean and spacious. Loved the comfy bed and having a mini fridge and microwave was super convenient. The room felt fresh with some recent updates like new tile in the shower. Plus, the air conditioner worked perfectly to keep the room cool. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay!

Our family enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay in a spacious king suite. The housekeeping staff made our visit even more enjoyable with friendly service. Quick trips to local shops were easy, and the breakfast cinnamon rolls were a hit with my kids. Remember to ask for extra towels!

The back entrance was never locked, allowing public access which felt insecure at times, and the hallways needed attention. dirty floors were disappointing. The mini fridge didn’t work, which was a letdown, especially in a suite. The pool area door constantly got stuck, making it frustrating to use. Additionally, housekeeping shown little initiative, leaving the room unchanged after a request for cleaning.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who provided useful information. The king suite was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a powerful shower with excellent water pressure. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of items, making it a pleasant way to start the day.

The indoor pool was colder than expected, making it unusable during my stay.
